Ascend Remedial Therapy
Fantastic.Charissa is really very good, very knowledgeable about the human body. I have been going to her for over a month now and received a lot of relief from back, shoulder and foot pain. (Have tried others before her and I really didn't receive much relief from them). She's caring and generous. Highly recommend her.

Ascend Remedial Therapy
Charissa is by far the best remedial therapist I have had. I've had back issues for years and she is the first therapist that has worked with me on a targeted plan that not only addresses the issues but also on the causes and how to rectify them. She uses a good range of techniques including deep tissue, facia release, dry needling, cupping and her knowledge and professionalism is second to none. I can really feel the benefits from our sessions and my back is feeling a lot stronger and more stable from the work she is doing. I highly recommend Charissa and Ascend Remedial Therapy.

Ascend Remedial Therapy
Charissa is by far the best remedial therapist I have visited. She has a wealth of knowledge and is excellent at explaining what she is doing and why. Charissa has treated me 6 times for various sporting injuries. She provides detailed exercise sessions post massage which I can do at home which really improved my recovery. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Charissa has changed my life! After being recommended by a friend I thought I’d give it a go and I haven’t looked back since.listened to everything I explained about my injuries and the sports I participated in and recommended the most effective treatment. I have never felt so amazing or had someone that has been able to treat my hip and other injuries so well. I would highly recommend Ascend Remedial Therapy to everyone and anyone! Ascend Remedial Therapy
Both my son and I see Charissa on a regular basis. She has helped my son tremendously after discovering he had juvenile arthritis and terrible posture. Within a year the transformation was amazing. Between the remedial massages and aftercare programs we are both feeling all the better for it. I would recommend 100% to see Charissa.

Charissa is absolutely amazing, with her knowledge and skills I always leave feeling so much better.I've had many different ailments ( some for many years) that I have seen Charissa for and can honestly say her many facets of treatment make my recovery so much quicker and easier when they arise.Highly recommend 100% you won't be disappointed!

I really look forward to my remedial therapy sessions with Charissa, I have to say she goes above and beyond to help with my injuries and get me back to feeling 100%. She is the BEST massage therapist I have ever been too, and she is a very nice person who I always feel very comfortable around. Everyone I have recommended see her and told me how amazing they felt after their remedial massage. Well worth the 30min drive for me to see her.

I had the best time with Charissa this afternoon, she was incredibly professional, bright and bubbly.She not only gave me the best treatment I have ever had but she took the time to assess my joints, pelvis, lower back and many other components to really give me the best treatment for my weaknesses/pains. Highly recommend.

Charissa is absolutely amazing. Prior to my visits I had big issues with my plantar fasciitis. Charissa her remedial massage, cupping, needling, taping and recommended exercises have solved most of the problems. She goes above and beyond and can’t recommend her enough!

Charissa is an amazing remedial therapist. She took the time to really understand my pain, and worked with me throughout the whole process. I felt so much better after each of the treatments, and she gave me exercises to avoid any pains in the future. 10 out of 10, can't rate her highly enough!
