A rather large coles, fruit and meat section is pretty stocked most of the time, floors are incredibly clean and they have some masks near the front entrance if you need any.

On 24/06 I was served by Ellie who had a moustache that clearly looks unhygienic at the register at the service desk. She was extremely rude that I interrupted her while she was staring at a book. She had seen me waiting and continued to stare at the book. She then came over without greeting me and threw all of my groceries on top of each other in one bag causing the paper bag to rip in the car park. I did not appreciate being treated with so much disrespect when it is her job. Management really need to do something about the staff they hire.

Cashier, fat lady, night shift, a useless position. I went to use the service She gossips about customers with other colleagues. It took longer than usual for customer service. The night shift white old man was also rude. I have used shopping mall services for many places. Here the staff are the rudest.

This Coles has quite some international products that are not found in many other Coles. You can find some Greek Italian Croatian products, not just Indian or Chinese. I was there on Thursday evening (its open until midnight, so best to shop around 9pm if you can to avoid the crowd) Aisle labelling is good on both ends and floor is clean. And 1 hour free parking outside the Barkly Square you can go to other shops like Kmart or Woolies too in one go.

Heidi at the Deli Department provided the best deli service I’ve had for a long time- anywhere..If I see her working I definitely stop and buy some goods. Excellent presentation, extremely neat and all with a positive attitude.

In Barkly Square there are two supermarkets, Coles and Woolworths. Coles is a lot newer with a better lay out. However, if you hate very crowded aisles then you're better off at Woolies as this one gets a lot of shoppers. The weekend is the worst so get there early or go late if possible.
