Went into Adairs this afternoon, wanting to buy a queen bed woollen under blanket, but ended up walking out as nobody bothered to serve me! From what I could see, there were 3 shop assistants in the store and only one other customer! I ended up purchasing the under blanket from My House, where I received great service from Constance. Adairs just lost themselves a $360 sale due to “lack of” customer service ...

Not much in the store at all & staff not friendly. We went looking for items for our daughters room and my husband and 2 friends recieved dirty looks and rudeness from the lady working, so bad they felt so uncomfortable they wanted to leave almost straight away. I wont be coming back to this store. Its pathetic that a father cant look for things for his daughter without feeling like this especially in a store thats meant to have a good reputation for quality products you would assume youd get good service especially with how much they charge for things! They seem to have forgotten that customers pay thier wages! Wollongong is so much better & ill be shopping there in future!

A great shopping experience today in Adairs Shellharbour. Samantha the assistant was so attentive and New the products and selected a new quilt set and accessories.

Very small store so does not have the full range of products. Was quite disappointed and wont use it again if i need something specific from their range.

Today I was served by a lovely worker named Sam at the Shellharbour store who not only offered assistance with finding items but explained how the member system works and signed me up with ease! I really appreciated her kindness and she should be commended for her efforts!

I just spoke to the most helpful lady on the phone, i think her name was Susan. She was able to sign me up to membership, and provide me an online link to purchase a quilt cover i've been wanting for ages. I explained iI couldn't get down to Shellharbour due to the flooding and she still managed to make my shopping experience stress free and enjoyable. Thank you !
