Bad Experience - Myself & My Mother had purchased a groupon voucher for healthy care massage! We booked in for 12pm Sunday (25/10/2015) when we arrived it was very obvious they had only booked in one person not 2 – instead of advising us of the mix pretended like all was okay (they only had 3 staff working) 2 which were working on a client out the front - another lady also turned up for a massage at 12pm and she was put into a room at the same time as us.It’s now 12.05 and a lady has come in and place hot stones on my back – which were completely stone COLD I lay there until 12.25 without any one coming in to advise me on what was happening? I had to eventually take the stones off my back and walk out to the counter in my towel and ask what was going on? The lady was working on a foot spa quickly ran over and said oh sorry we very busy and followed me into the room she began the massage it’s now 12.30! About 5 minutes in the phone rang and off she went to pick it up (very unprofessional) before I knew it a man has entered the room and is now continuing the massage I was meant to be having. After about 10 minutes he leaves the room and women returns – she massages one of my arms and she leaves the room again! The man returns and wipes the oil off my one arm and my back and says okay thank you! All done - This has to be one of the worst experience’s I’ve had! So unprofessional and over worked staff - This was meant to be a nice mum and daughter day and it was ruined 100%. DON’T GO HERE.

Burnt my daughter Michelle booked in for a facial...she now has a chemical burns on her face and had to take antihystamine from chemist. They tried to make her pay while her face was burning up....Never again they sre probably using illegally imported rubbish from china...I hope they close before they burn soneones face off...

Me and my friends went to this place for eyebrow tinting and she did absolutely terrible, she overdrew them, they were way too dark, she was calling my eyebrows ugly and everything. After we had paid for it we went to the bathroom and started scrubbing them off and that did nothing. So we went back and asked for a refund and she wouldn’t give it to us so we had a massive argument she was so rude to us and after she finally gave us the refund back. She was so intimidating and was fully yelling at us

My experience was extremely negative and intimidating. O STARS. I would not make another appointment here. I would like to know the qualifications of the persons who provide the services? My experience with the Health Insurance Rebate which is advertised was also questionable.

I got my eyebrows tinted from this place with my friends and I have never been so horrified at my own face. while the tint was on I looked in my phone at my face and they were completely un even and over drawn she also was calling my friends ugly and not beautiful. We left the place without saying anything but we were all completely deflated. we then went into the bathroom and attempted to scrub them off and failed to do so. One of my friends said that we should go and ask for a refund so we went and asked and she refused to give us a refund and insisted that it was our fault because we have ugly brows and kept yelling at us when all we wanted was a refund. We ended up getting a refund but only after we went and talked to Jason the ladies son I’m assuming and he had argued with him before giving us a refund. While al this was happening three customers came to get there eyebrows done and left the store as they heard what was going on. On lookers outside the store asked us aswell. I rate a 0!!!This place should be shut down

Booked an appointment by phone for an afternoon massage for 2 people early this morning. As I was on my way to the shop (10 minutes before scheduled appointment), I received a phone call to say that they had booked someone who had just walked in off the street who wanted an hour massage and our appointments will now be scheduled half an hour apart. Not good business and very unprofessional. Did not care when I raised the issue with them that I had booked this appointment with them and that it is unfair that they expect my wife and I to wait. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

My experience overall was quite traumatic. Firstly when I requested a female do my massage the older male tried to intimidate me into allowing him to do the service. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I was then told if I wanted the massage done with oil it would cost me an extra $5 which I found absolutely ludicrous. I have never been to an establishment where they have charged extra for this. Once she began the massage she started shouting to the man at the front counter in a foreign language. This obviously made it quite hard to relax... the man then opens the curtains and hands her something, the next thing I hear is her chewing on something so I imagine he handed her food. The massage overall felt all over the place and I didn't feel as though it was being done by a professional. Half way through the massage I heard a customer at the front counter requesting for the lady doing my massage to do her nails. I then hear the man at the front counter tell her that she is a busy doing a massage for a girl who does not like men. This made me feel so embarrassed! Things took a turn for the worst when she started being extremely firm to the point of excruciating. I told her many times that she was hurting me and asked her to be softer but somehow she interpreted that to be that the area was sore and she applied even more pressure. I was in so much pain that I started to cry and only then did she stop. She then proceeded to tell me that I had a lump on my chest and that she was trying to smooth it out so I didn't have to have it removed by a doctor. The lump she was referring to was a midgy bite... my body is extremely sore, it feels like I have been beaten...I will never return to this establishment and strong advise against going there for anything.

This is the best place for massage in Cleveland!Healthy Care Massage offers a range of affordable packages that truly set them apart from the rest.The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. The parlor is placed in a very convenient location too.

I asked for a light brown tint and she gave me black and refused to give me a refund. The lady was very rude and intimidating and called me and my friends ugly. Never came across an more unprofessional business.
