This company are discriminators! They will not hire me because I have bells palsy. Anyone with a disability do not waste your time applying for work with them as they will not hire you! I'm taking them to court on unfair dismissal. I worked 1 day for them, they noticed my bells palsy and at end of day they said I was a bit 'slow' . Sick of no employer willing to give me a fair go!!!

One guy working behind the counter. They have no-one in the warehouse. He has to pick up the parts himself while other customers are waiting to be served. You could also be waiting around for a while to find they don't have the parts. Even a fuel filter for a common vehicle.

I dropped my car in for servicing at one of the lander dealership I never received a phone call back that day to say my car was ready for collection, I tried calling multiple times that day with no answer.. I went past the dealership after hours at night see if my car was left outside it was it was left unsecured in the car park !!! Valuable items were inside the car I then got the spare key and took the vehicle they were unknown for 24 hours where my car was I received a phone call back Tuesday 12pm to tell me my car is ready for collection that’s funny because the car is actually six suburbs away !!Unprofessional unreliable would not recommend

The old gentleman is very rude. He treats everyone in a bad manner. There was 6people in line when I was there and I can say almost everyone was disappointed with his behaviour and I don’t think any of them will go back there neither am I.

Worst Customer service I have been back and forth with this company over an vehicle repair warranty issue that should of been covered in my so calledpremium mechanical protection plan" absolute joke! Haven't been taken seriously and I haven't had the vehicle for a year yet. They promise you premium service but I have received the worst possible customer service. Once they have sold you the car 'they' couldn't care less about their customer once the transaction has been done. Poor customer service and I have taken time off work to rectify this issue and it still hasn't been fixed and I had to take the matter to fair trading to get them to finally do something about the issue. Absolute Joke! Not a recommended dealership! Wouldn't do business again with this company

Debbie Hogg is awesome. Buying a car through a broker was quite daunting but she was super helpful, always followed up any questions I had and was super lovely! Can highly recommend Debbie!

Went to buy spare parts here. Guy in the counter was very rude. Not helpful at all. He insisted I go back to my dealer to claim a warranty (basically undergo a lengthy investigation process for a machine part worth 5 bucks), because he couldn't be bothered getting off his lazy ass to look for the part.

Little old guy at the front counter was incredibly disrespectful and lazy. He did not even look for my ordered part and treated me like I was incompetent just because I am a woman and as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He told me I was being scammed" and they (the manager) "stole my money" as well that my parts were in "another country" when in fact my parts were in the back the entire time. He made me wait for over an hour waiting for a part that was sitting at the back. I called Bruce (the manager) personally he rectified the situation and was very helpful and made sure they delivered my ordered part to my house."

Friendly staff and great prices

So many 1 star reviews not addressed, but thanking for 5 star reviews. There seems to be no care for keeping customers. Seems cranky old guy should be talked to about the benefits of good customer service and how it affects turnover.
