Unfortunately if you put a tool in to get repaired while barry the owner is not there the shop is a discrace and even more so if its a warranty repair. They say they are going to call you and let you know time frame but dont and then when you call them all they can say is they dont know and they will find out and call you back again and dont call you back again. Had to get my saw back unrepaired. Seems if they are not making money care factor is zero. Dewalt tools and dewalt themselves are extremely overated. Wont buy them again.
