Absolutely amazing service.I've used direct chemist outlet for years. They are wonderful.But this week my husband got Covid.I wasn't able to pick up my prescription.I needed this specific medicine tonight.No problem a lovely young man Jackson turned up with my prescription to my door.I paid on delivery.The best service.Saves the day.Thank you thank you thank you ❤️

Fabulous experience at this pharmacy. I don’t normally post but I had to on this occasion. I have found the female pharmacist to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She contacted my specialist about my script and ensured my medication arrived on time and proactively kept me informed every step of the way. The personal care and attention was amazing. The whole team was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!!

Searing for pharmacy that opens after 5 pm Sunday, thia store claims it close on 7 pm on google map, so I drove a long way there, but it is closed! Completely misleading and waste of time!

I have been using DCO Torrensville for several years and regard the pharmacists here as an essential part of my healthcare team. They keep prescriptions on file, I am able to manage prescriptions and repeats using an app (extremely convenient!). They have convenient opening hours on weeknights. The pharmacists themselves recognise their regular patients and express genuine interest in your health and wellbeing. Lily was a big draw to DCO Torrensville, being extremely knowledgeable, and although she is no longer there, Jackson and the newer pharmacist (who is lovely but I am yet to learn their name!) are also fantastic. Getting all my prescriptions filled in one place gives me the peace of mind that the two pharmacists here have oversight of all my medications and they can see any potential interactions or issues that might arise - fantastic local community pharmacist!!

when i was in there for my Covid jab the female pharmist had her mask under her chin! for the whole 20 mins i was there.. Not sure what the point was having it under the chin, and no she wasnt eating or drinking the whole time i was watching her....... (maybe she can breath through her chin!, i cant)

Brickworks is my local pharmacy. Two years ago I had a very unpleasant experience with the female pharmacist where she refused to give me a medication prescribed by my OB for severe morning sickness.I went in again, filled out the paper work for what I needed this time (contraceptive) with my child on my arm where I was asked to wait as the pharmacist would like to speak to me before putting my request of medication through.I waited 15 minutes for the pharmacist to finish her very slow/ casual conversation before attending to me with an unsettled child.When she finally attended to me she questioned my information (although my form displayed no health issues/ no life threatening or concerning information) she proceeded to tell me that my cycle did not make any sense to her. As she continued to question me I simply abruptly disregarded her incorrect information regarding my body and further explained to her that It was at my discretion to decide for myself whether I felt it was appropriate to take contraceptive.She finally put it through after great difficulty and I advised her I would be back after grocery shopping to pick it up. As I came back 30 mins later, waiting again as she was on her mobile phone. My son again unsettled, throwing tomatoes out of the trolly. The prescription was spelt incorrectly and her staff was unable to find my prescription.I gave my surname again, it was finally handed to me and I proceeded to the counter.I was asked for my surname once again prior to payment, where it was spelt incorrectly once again. The lovely male pharmacist excused himself to have this corrected. He came back, although name was not corrected at this point I was relived to pay & go.I have informed the staff prior to leaving that this review would be written and that the pharmacist is very unpleasant to deal with. Her rude and judgmental demeanour needs altering and I would question the bias information she passes on.As my local, this is extremely disappointing. After reading through reviews it seems that this is a reoccurring issue here. I would advise everyone that their time would be much suited elsewhere.

Went into the Pharmacy the other day suffering a bit of reflux and asked to speak to the Pharmacist. The female pharmacist came down and reviewed my symptoms. I found her to be polite, caring and helpful. I wanted to say thank you so much for your help, i am feeling much better after taking the OTC reflux tablets and also now booked into my GP to get it looked at. Nice pharmacy btw, we will be back as new customers. Thank you from Adam.

The pharmacist here is just wonderful!! She recognised me when I walked in and had my script ready for me.All the service staff are pleasant and helpful when I need assistant. That sort of friendly service is much appreciated when you have to do errands with kids in tow.

I went in and the service was horrendous from a lady I asked help for.She spoke in a starkly tone and gave me the biggest evils. 2 stars because the other retail salesperson came to my rescue upon hearing her tone and the look on my face. Grateful for her
