Time stands still when you enter this place. Ordered a large coffee and a ham cheese tomato toasty. After sitting waiting we stood up to see what was taking so long the girl behind the counter asked what I order was so we showed her the receipt. Seems someone forgot to call out the toasty and it sat in the shoot for well over 10mins. She thought it was acceptable to hand us a bag that had holes in it and was clearly soggy with a sandwich that was just throw inside and not wrapped in the paper that they normal wrap it in so the filling was everywhere but inside the sandwich it's self.I asked for it to be remade and well that took another 15mins and once again it was thrown inside the bag.We were just meet with the same old rebotic reply, sorry for the wait.Worst experience.

The burgers were not made correctly. The nuggets had either been sitting there for an eternity or been in the fryer so longer than expected. Ice lattes coffee shot was burnt and just didn't taste right at all. The manager was really rude and practically threw the food at us. Was the worst experience ever.

Beware! Their customer service is appalling. Their policy when they stuff your order up, which they often do, is for you to have to go out of your way to rectify THEIR mistakes . If they forget to put an item, that you have paid for, in your bag, they expect you to return to the store again to pick it up. They don't offer anything as compensation for their error like most reputable fast food outlets do. They are quite rude and treat you as if you're the problem for wanting their error fixed.

I usually try not to complain much. But my drive through experiences until now has been at waiting Bay. That's the only unfortunate thing. But I guess its busy good business, lets take it that way. Other than that it's all good.

Went to the McDonald's at Hallet Cove today and it was awful, the manager was being verbally and physically agreesive, there were really long delays on orders (20 minute waits), no paper in the receipt machines, so nobody knew what order was theres when they said the order number and the staff wernt happy. No idea what happened but things were really really bad today.

Ordered a double cheese burger with no pickles. Got pickles. And got food poisoning aswell. When I called to talk to the manager, the person who answered the phone hung up immediately after hearing me say manager. Called back and finally was able to speak to the manager. No compensation was offered though. She just took my details and said if she needs any more information from me she'd call me back. Pretty poor effort tbh.

Really bad service. They overcharged me on an order. Refused to fix it, the manager used gas lighting to make it seem like it was your fault. They clearly need training and seems like maccas is cutting corners by not training their staff how to give refunds. The manager could clearly see the overcharge. I’m pretty sure it is illegal to withhold money or refuse to offer a refund for orders that were over charged. Manager didn’t even try to fix it or offer me to go in store. Just left me in the drive thru. The manager needs extra support.Never had any issues with other McDonald’s only ever Hallett cove. Someone needs to get in there and start doing some training with them at this store.

This is not my local maccas but we drive through a few areas and past 2 other maccas to get here. The dine in food has always (for a year or so) been perfect. We used to use the drive through but bybthe time we got home we would find somethings were missed from the order. So now we go in and we hav enever had anything missed. Weird, I know but itis working.
