Never ordering delivery again. Ordered $156 worth of groceries the day before and was meant to be delivered between 1pm and 7pm no notification that the order had been delayed but decided to track it and found that it had been delayed to 8:30-9:30pm, tracked it again at 9:40 and it been delayed again between 10:20 & 11:20pm waited up till 11:40 then rang to ask has it been delayed again as I wanted to go to bed. The vehicle was then tracked and apparently hadn’t moved since 4pm. 12:30am now Orders been cancelled and have to wait days for a refund.

Clean store and great service. Melanie at the self serve checkouts helped me out so much tonight when my crumpled $10 wasn’t working and swapped it over with a flat one.

The store is nice but the manager is very harsh on delivery drivers. They are definitely not family oriented specially when their children are sick and need the care.They don’t really care.

This is probably one of the worst Coles I have been too. From the smell of sewerage when you walk in, to the poor product range, and the limited vegetables, it is just an unpleasant place. The staff are quite friendly though and the issues are out of their control.

The time taken to check out via self service is obscene due to each terminal having zero loading and unloading space.You can get us out of the store faster by running a dedicated register at the service desk for people who are buying more than x1 bag worth of stuff.Some of us are even fun to interact with...
