Fantastic service - I visited Cartridge World today to see if they were able to replace a faulty cartridge I bought a couple of months ago. I didn't have a receipt or any proof of purchase but thought they may have had similar issues with this particular cartridge. Despite no receipt the owner (who has had the shop for just 3 weeks) had a look at the cartridge and gave it a clean but also gave me a replacement, just asking me to have another try with the faulty one and if it worked, to return the replacement. If still faulty, to dispose of the original one and keep the replacement. Unfortunately, the faulty one was still no good so I will keep the replacement but am very grateful for the goodwill shown and will never buy another cartridge from anywhere else. Overpriced, unfriendly and rude.The ladys co worker had 'apparently' priced a product wrong in their display windows and there was no way she was going to sell it to me for the price on the product.So unprofessional. When I asked her to meet half way she told me the product walked out of the shop so no she couldn't do better on the price. Even though they had the price wrong in the first place!! Never ever go here.She just turned her nose up at me, no smile just as though I was a pain for being a customer. Wish I got her name. But can't imagine there's too many working there.
