Fantasy Nails

Have been regular customer for 2+ years and have been shocked to see how bad customer service is. The girl who did my nails turned her head to the sides multiple times when cutting my nails, resulting in nearly cutting my skin by accident. Before the whole process was finished, she went to serve another customer at the same time while letting me to sit under the uv shellac light without being timed/ watched. Nails came out ok but felt very unwelcomed.It used to be the usual place to go and It’s sad to see the change of staff attitude and bad customer service. Whole experience was not pleasant at all.

Every two to three weeks when my ‘nails’ day comes around I look forward to coming in and getting them done at Fantasy Nails. I have been coming here for at least six months now after trying many other nail salons in the area. This place is by far the best! The staff are so friendly, efficient, and take pride in their work. My nails always look perfect and fabulous!

I went there twice and both times they are doing a really bad work on my nails, rushing and not waiting until the end of the timer to be done to permit the shellac to dry up enough. First time I went back and had a different woman and even her said my nails were not nice at all she done it again but it was still average with not regular nails shapes and leaks.Anyway I still went back as I had a good feedback from a friend (she just done shellac and I do gel) then it happens the exact same with another person again so it is not even one person one mistake it is general as they try to rush the work and make as much money as possible but at the end you end up with really bad nails which my shellac peeled just the day after I’ve done them.If you have somewhere else to go (even more expensive) then go as here it is not the place to be at all.

Asked for the basic manicure, was advised when we went to sit that the basic manicure was just a buff and polish = not actually a manicure. Had to go with the deluxe manicure, which was advertised as $30, in order to have cuticles done. Lady added gel without asking, and then we were charged $50 each because they did gel. If you're happy to be charged for services you never asked for, this is your place. If you're looking to get the service you choose off the price board, go somewhere else.

Disappointed to go home and find out that my sns has a lot of nail dust trapped under a layer of the topcoat. Didn't ask me to wash my hands and now I have dusty looking nails. Very disappointing for the price I paid.

Loved my experience at Fantasy Nails. It’s often the busiest salon in Innaloo but when I do get served it’s always been such a good experience the girls are so nice and I’m always happy with how my nails turn out. The colour options is one of the largest I’ve seen. Highly recommended.

Just got my nails done, and I can’t explain how happy I am with them. From the moment I walked in and left the store. The staff at FantasyNails are friendly and helpful. I got a deluxe spa pedicure done, and oh my it was such an relaxing experience. I also got SNS done on my hands and I love them. I must say they have such a large colour range to choose from, in gel polish and in SNS which is amazing. I highly recommend coming here. Absolutely horrified. Pleasant experience in store (first-time customer here), however my nails have been falling out (the whole nail) following the appointment. I have never had any issues with my nails in my life, and to have multiple nails fall out completely in the week after this appointment is horrific.

I’ve been seeing Jo and her team for 16 years now. Always a great experience, the girls are friendly, the salon is clean and they are busy but that’s what you get when you’re the best!Lily did my nails for my wedding and they are perfect, so happy with her work. Highly recommend xxx

Went to fantasy nails yesterday with my partner and I, for a manicure and pedicure, they did a great job so friendly and took pride in there job, they made us felt welcome they removed all my dead skin of my feet now I feel like I’m walking on clouds awesome job! Will definitely go there again.
