Spoke to this company late 2022 to organize a service on electric table. Took time out of my busy schedule for this to happen. Appointment got cancelled 2 hrs prior to service as staff sick. Was told someone would call back to rebook. No one has, I've emailed twice for no reply. Terrible customer service.

Active Tech have always been excellent and so quick in responding to any of my enquiries. I have dealt with so many other companies who are completely useless and you wait weeks for parts or equipment keep breaking down even after being serviced.I cannot fault Active Tech and their professionalism and quick response and every technition have been courteous and get the job done and provide me with actual reports which is awesome.

These guys are fantastic, nothing is an issue for them. I am a maintenance officer at a smaller nursing nursing home in north brisbane and they currently service all the patient hoists at our facility. Their technician always has a friendly, can do attitude & I always receive my parts orders from them promptly, at competitive prices & with a bag of jelly beans which is a nice touch!I will be looking to move more work over to them in future, keep up the good work guys!
