I had an unpleasant experience in this store recently. I asked for an ink cartridge to be refilled, and was handed an already filled one, like when you swap a gas bottle. I was concerned about the quality of the print heads, so I asked how many times it had been used. The guy behind the counter said only once

The little shop is brilliant, cheaper than all the other ink sellers in the area. The owner is so friendly and helpful, I would recommend this shop for everyone. Great range of products and brilliant service every time!!

I've been using this business for many years and come to rely on their honesty and efficiency for supplying both my current laser printers and their consumables. They provide a quick and efficient service at a reasonable price and, on the very rare occasion there has been a refill problem, are approachable and very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for a visit.
