What a superstar Steph is. From day one when I walked into the salon with not so great hair she made me feel right at home and I haven’t looked back since. 3 years in and my hair is better an better ever time I leave

I’ve been to a few salons wanting to get my hair coloured and was never happy with the end result and could never get me to the level blonde I needed to be at! Once I started going to house of luxe and being cut & coloured by Jess & Silv I finally got the colour I wanted and were able to get me to the correct level of blonde I needed to be at in order to wear the colour silver, ice & grey. Highly professional service and highly recommend this salon! Great work guys keep it up!

My first visit and I would make this a 6 star. Everyone is so friendly and made me feel like I have been coming here for years. Totally enjoyable experience. The results were amazing best hair color and blow wave I have ever had. Cant wait for my next appointment

Steph has been looking after my hair for a while now and her colour skills, especially blondes is second to noneThe whole team makes you feel welcome and valued. My yearly haircut and colour is now quarterly and consistent because it’s such a joy to be in the salon!

The girls at the salon are the best! They always make sure that my hair ends up looking perfect! I always get so many complements on my hair :)I’ve tried so many hair salons and only my hairdresser, Jess, has been able to get my naturally pitch black hair to a platinum blonde without compromising my hair’s health!

Came into the salon today as a new customer for my first hair cut in a very long time Feeling like I was wearing a mop on my head and left feeling like My hair was beautiful.The shops decor is beautiful and bright, shop is immaculately clean/well kept and prices are honest.I found staff to be knowledgeable about suitable styles for me individually, polite and very gentle.Staff respectful towards customers and actively seek consent prior to actioning any changes or product applications to your head.Served by Analiese on this occasion and WILL be returning to this salon in future To see her again.Would 100% recommend to others.

In my opinionThese girls are very inexperienced with colouring hair.They want 6 to 7 visits to get the hair colour you’re after. That’s what i was told by two of the young girls working there!Went to another hairdresser got my hair the colour i wanted in ONE visit
