Ordered a sparkling grape drink with lychee jelly Saturday morning. There was only on employee (guy with glasses) working he was trying his best to keep up with the line. He was about to hand the drink over to me and then stopped and decided to remake it as it wasn’t fizzy enough. He let me have both drinks. The coconut bread I had was average but the customer service the employee provided made up for it.

Food is quite nice and fresh. Quality has gone down, espcially with Covid. Drinks are not as good as other places. Cakes are okay, but sometimes repetitive over time. Still overall a go-to bakery.

85 Degrees Bakery&Cafe is a Chinese pastry brand.Many branched in China.The bread or the cake was just average with average service.Just a convenient place to buy a breakfast.

What I can say! Dealing with 85 Hurstville was fantastic from start to finish. I was looking for ‘the combination of zodiac birthday cake with Xmas theme', which it turns out no one really wants to make, but the staff from 85 Hurstville welcomed the challenged with open arms. Guiding me on the best options, what would work, what wouldn't etc You know you're in expert hands and its really like chatting with a friend! Love their cakes, so delicious, and their friendly and professional service! the prices are very reasonable too. Would highly recommend this lovely bakery store :)

Not a bad shop. Cakes are pretty tasty and the store is quite spacious.

Never to be returned...Horribly weak coffee and flavoured tea, and the desserts (mainly cakes / pastries) looked colourful but dried / hard. - wouldn't dare to try.Services was below average, we were the only customers but still took us 5 mins to order 4 drinks because they ran out of basic ingredients and the staff had no idea what's on the menu. It was another 5 mins later that the staff came back to us to inform us about having no full-cream milk. We were served with paper cups even we were sitting inside.The whole place was very dirty and messy, we were there at around 2100 and there weren't any other customers. The few staff there couldn't be bothered to clean up their handful of sticky tables (still have half-full cups) / seats...

I ordered a cake on 12th September for gender reveal . The staff completely ignored me when I entered the cafe however I politely told her that i was there to order cake and if she could show me the catalog for gender reveal cakes . She pointed the catalog on the counter and said “ you can look this “. I was really shocked by that behaviour but i ignored it because i liked the cake there and wanted to buy one so i went ahead and told her i would like to order strawberry cake with half blue and half pink icing on the top and all white inside. She said it was fine and they could make it and it would cost me around $52. I said it was fine. She went inside and brought another staff back with her . The other staff showed me a picture and asked me if i would like that cake i said it was okay and she said it was $79 , i felt it was a bit expensive but i liked the design so i ordered it . I clearly told her i wanted all white insides with half blue and half pink icing. I got the cake yesterday evening as i need to leave early today . We went to gender reveal party and when the cake was cut it was pink icing layer inside and there is no strawberry . I was so shocked and speechless. It was a boy and i had prepare other things to reveal the gender. It was really embarrassing and it was wrong. I was going to ignore about the rude behaviour of the staff for making me feel unwelcome but I am really disappointed with the cake. You need to do better regarding staff as well as cake.

Quality of cake slice is downgrading, it used to be so good before. Sometimes it’s okay but sometimes they are very dry.
