Not sure what these employment agents are supposed to do. We visited this office looking for work and it’s been 3 months now and they haven’t even called or anything. We filled their form and induction but nothing at all. And ended up getting a job directly from a company. We kept calling for updates etcThese agents are useless! And in addition to that, they’re receiving govt funding thousands and maybe millions to do what they’re supposed to be doing but they’re not really effective. Same for all these community work groups. If you wanna find work, do it yourself and approach employers or companies directly. Don’t go through agents. Bunch of racists too. They put up ATSI flags in their offices for decorations only.
