Recent experience was unpleasant - dentist unprofessional in habits (dropping tools / using my chest as a table whilst working), and to top it off, I was cut several times on the upper lip during my procedure. I supplied feedback to the practice and received a phone call, however, when I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the dentist, the caller laughed nervously on the end of the line and the call ended shortly thereafter. The elephant in the room (what I consider to be unprofessional conduct) was not dealt with, so I don't feel any action was taken.

First of all, I would like to inform my name first. My name is Phimrata Wasitnithidon. You can check my name that day around the beginning of March. I went to scaling with my boyfriend by Dr. Suda Rattanametanon The first time I felt that the procedure was very severe because of the large amount of bleeding. She explained that due to the large amount of limestone, I understand because my boyfriend hasn't scraped for a long time. After it's done, it's me next. I admit I didn't want to do it the first time because I had a problem with my innermost molars. While doing it, it's quite intense, but mine doesn't have a lot of limestone because I cleared my mouth before coming to Australia. after finishing home We have sore gums. I thought it would disappear in a few days. But it took several days for the pain to subside. Normally, I have never been in my life before the scaling. This pain will only feel comfortable, but this time is suffering. After that, the fans began to be normal. But mine has a problem with the innermost teeth having pain. Came back and forth until yesterday and today I was in so much pain that it didn't go away. So I went to the dentist and concluded that my root canal was very inflamed. I want justice and I want to take responsibility for it.

Dr Tarek Sweedan is one of the best dentist l have every been to, l have been with him for quite a lot of years now.And he never seems to let me down.He is very caring, explains everything before he starts, and is very patient.If you want a an honest and caring dentist, l would highly recommend him .Thank you Dr Tarek Sweedan .

Dr O’Sullivan was amazing for my tooth treatment. She went out of her way to find solutions for my very specific issue, when other dentists simply said it could be complicated. She was professional, answered all my queries and made me feel comfortable during my treatment! Thank you! Plus + the reception team have always great too!

Dr Suda was so lovely, warm and easy to chat to. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease, since I hadn't been to the dentist before Covid.I am definitely going to book her in for my following appointments in the future.Myriam her assistant was also very warm and lovely. They both were so accommodating and gentle. Highly recommend!

I have been a client at nib dental care for over 10 years. Their service is exemplary. The reception staff are always professional and friendly, very knowledgeable. The dentists are experienced and the hygienists are friendly as well. I regularly saw Dr Hii until he left the practice, then I begun seeing Dr Rattanametanon. Suda has a holistic health approach to dentistry and she clearly shows both medical knowledge with a genuine interest and care in my health and wellbeing. I cannot recommend nib dental care more highly.

Dr Zahra was great, she had read my file in advance which certainly sped up the examination and cleaning. She was super detailed and prompt in advising me with dental hygiene. Highly recommend her!

Very pleased at how it was to get an appointment with any dentist at short notice. But the good ones seems to book outBut all have been good in my experience

Such a well-managed office with friendly staff. Always on-time, systems are efficient to book and confirm, and it's conveniently located to PTV. I pass up five other dentists offices and travel 10 kms into the CBD in the morning for my appointment. Would highly recommend!
