I had an appointment with Dr Lakshika Wijemanna at the practice today I have been seeing her for over 5yrs I find her very professional & approachable & thoughtful she’s always ready to listen to my concerns and explain things in great depth, I have never felt rushed at an appointment she always goes above & beyond.I found the reception staff very friendly.

Have been going here since I moved to Canberra in 2021. Both doctors that I have seen here are amazing, Dr Chami Dayajeewa and Dr Morgan Sheridan. The receptionists are always lovely.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I come here lately I'm treated like I'm trying to deceive someone. Was asked by my Job network Agency to get a three month medical exemption. Doctor first of all didn't know what a medical exemption was, and then kept interrupting me. Then flat out refused to give it after I made my displeasure at their service clear. Last issue before that was I was treated like an addict for wanting a letter of support for a medication. Feel like I'm a nuisance and don't deserve to be helped. Which is the opposite of what you want from your doctor. Do NOT recommend.

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL wait times. After a 2 month wait for a skin check appointment, I was told I had a minimum 1 hour wait time for the appointment time. I have had no less than a 40 min wait time at EVERY appointment I have had. Please do not expect your patients be patient for unreasonable wait times. I won't be back as the receptionists follow script of how they can do nothing to change it. I have an idea - EXTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT TIMES AND STOP OVERCROWDING THE APPOINTMENTS. But that would affect your profits wouldn't it? DISGUSTED!!!!!

Doctors are great for the most part unless they need to deal with DVA on a patient’s behalf. The receptionists and office managers on the other hand either need to find another job or take some serious customer service classes. I don’t call the practice to be spoken to like a child and in a very rude and condescending manner, not too mention being yelled at and called names by the Practice Manager. I’m looking forward to the discussion with Dr Watson about this staff member. Based on the receptionists and office managers I’d give no stars if I could.

Dr Tim is amazing, never makes me feel like anything is in my head, he's always been kind and respectful, had a pimple removed by him and he knew I was anxious but reassured me I would be fine, which I would. Over all Dr Tim is amazing. We are very lucky to have a Dr like him.Scarlett

Dr. Sajeeva is absolutely brilliant, always takes the necessary time to help you out and is really good with our kids. We have been going to the practice for over 10 years, all the doctors are amazing

I been seeing dr Tim Watson since it opened up in gungahlin Doctor Tim Watson is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He is the best at what he does. Reception are also very friendly and efficient

They were very unprofessional when I asked for details of where my doctor had moved too. I felt as though patient care was lacking and all they wanted was my money.

Dr prescribed an antibiotic that is in shortage all around Canberra. Went straight back in.. had to wait another 20 mins for her to fix.. with a sick girl .. quite frustrating.. esp as I saw her and she said she would be right back... came back out with a tea.. no apology or nothing.. feel like this is something they should know.. saw another women at chemist. Same thing happened.. she had 2 sick kids...
