If you come early in the morning there is very little waiting time. If you have a complicated issue best to ring to make an appointmentPlenty of seating inside and carparks outside.Wifi is availableTreat your consultant with respect and they will go the extra mile to help.

Today I spoke with 2 different staff members who were not letting me leave till they could get my problem sorted. Unsure if they have been able to but they have done everything they could. Makes for a change. Usually it's just sorry, nothing I can do.

I just need to talk to a person. I don't want to be running to kadina. Everytime I have trouble getting online.And everywhere they send you on the phone or online they either hung up or online is the trouble I am having. So this is not very helpful at all. Sorry

Apart from the fact that you may wait an hour to get in and be seen, they are very professional and helpful.
