I used Sef for a second diagnostic for my evap air con system and has saved me a heap of money with his honesty about the issues. If I had gone with the first bloke who diagnosed my system I would of paid upwards 3.5k for parts i didn't need to replace. Will definatly use his services again in the future.Update. Fixed the issue and saved me a lot of money. Good bloke. Will use him again.

Quick to return my call, were on time and did a great job. Went beyond what I needed and added an extra service so next time I can fix the issue myself and wasnt charged extra for it. Very friendly and pricing was reasonable. Definately would recommend

Based on Neighbourhood Electrical and Air’s excellent online reviews we reached out to Sef and his team to remove our old split system air-conditioner and replace with a new one. From the initial quote, to install, to clean up today they were brilliant and deserve every one of the 5 stars we have given them. I found Seff through my community Facebook group, where he was highly regarded. I contacted him for some work I needed done within a week and he managed to squeeze me in despite being flat out. After using Neighbourhood Plumbing and Gas recently and having such a great experience, I contacted Luke and asked him to put me in touch with the electrical side of the business. Sef got out the next day to install my new oven! He was on time, communication was great and I was really happy with the workmanship and price. I then had his team install downlights throughout, replace old switches, install another RCD, replace exhaust fans and install a new powerpoint. Again, they were on time, efficient and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I have to make a point of saying, their wall chasing has to be the neatest I've ever seen!! I would happily recommend Neighbourhood Electrical and will be using them again in future without a doubt.

Sef was friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave us some different models of Aircon’s to consider and worked within our budget. He was mindful of the busy house with kids and a dog. Great service, will be using him again.

Seth was amazing in tracking the fault I had & repairing that and installing a new PowerPoint + a light point for me in now time.
