Had never used them prior, but recommended by my insurer, and did an excellent repair of my BMW, couldn't fault it. Attention to detail and spray work was fantastic. Highly commendable, and will use them again, if need be.

Not happy, they gave me a date to pick up my car I rang to say when will it be ready.... they then informed me it will be 4 days later. I was so angry because I had just taken 1 week off without pay and now I have to wait longer... they used the excuse that it was the parts problem because they sent the wrong part.. but hey!! if you gave them the right information in the first place about the part (make /model/year) it probably wouldn't of happen.

Tried to obtain update on car that's have been ready Friday. Called 10 times between 13:45 and 14:45 but no answer. Drove there arriving at 15:00 to find the last one out shutting gate. He did find out the progress on our car suggesting it should be ready Monday.Car was ready Monday afternoon. No issue nor hassle picking it up clean, and repair looks good.
