Great service! Had the ARB dual compressor and tank fitted. Price quoted was fair & that’s all I had to pay on pickup, took the Ute in, showed the guys where I wanted everything positioned, all installed just as I asked. Really friendly guys & super helpful.

Customer service very disappointing. Walked in with wife looking for roof racks and a cage ,was looking for 5 mins or so . 2 people working behind counter ,both looking at computers. Not once acknowledged or asked if we needed any help. We felt invisible. Walked straight out never to return. I

It is vital to have proven equipment fitted to your car. ARB not only provides high performance equipment but also the experience to fit.Over the last 2 year time had become very precious and as a paramedic also rare so if you need you equipment to work when you need it to please pick ARB. Yes they are expensive but worth it

Managed to fit us in to have our canopy put on was put in in a few hours. Canopy was explained as totally different to our old one. Good service

Poor customer service. Poor product quality.On the second attempt to pick a canopy window, (Store gave me the wrong one first time) I got home and found out the replacement was damaged and paint chipped.I didn't even make an attempt to deal with them again after the service the first time.

Extremely Disgusted with the lack of professionalism from the Elizabeth ARB team. Currently fighting for a product they damaged to be replaced as it states in their policy; Quote “We strive to ensure all orders despatched from our warehouse are in perfect condition”. After asking would they accept it on their cars, getting told that we all have different views. They showed far from any interest in acknowledging their policy.Would not recommend this store to absolutely anyone. And will do everything in my power to make everyone aware of their atrocious attitude and customer care.
