Burragurra Aboriginal Site can only be accessed by 4x4 vehicle. You can not see sign posting from road. You will see a metal fence and gate in a dirt carpark. Sign post is hidden by trees as you walk through the gate. It is a steep climb to the top of the hill. Most art is on the left side as you come out on the clearing.

Little to no signage to indicate where you are or where you are going. Following the Boree Track off the Boree Valley Rd is a very pleasant beginner friendly 4WD drive.Bush is lovely and untouched, during Sept/Oct there are blossoms and flowers out everywhere.Once reaching the Burragurra carpark it's a fairly steep climb/scramble of 200m or so to the site, which is well worth it for the views and amazing rock carvings.
