A roadside call was made to NRMA approx 2.00pm Sat 10/03.....no electrics....Brett arrived within 10mins....FABULOUS....Smiling & Happywhilst he got the Murano started....home to Emerald Beach, My Wife & I [in our 70's] very relieved........tomorrow is another day!Thank you Brett.....next time I need auto, I now know where to shop.Peter & Lyn

worst customer service. have been waiting on a quote for 2 weeks only to find out they failed to mention they would be booked out for 3 months regardless ( and the quote still not done). happy to hear they have bussiness but need to make the customer aware of the time frames rather than making false promises.all over finding a replacement quater panel for a hilux which could be done by a 10 year old if i didnt have work 7 days a week i wouldnt have attempted to get them to do the works. last time i try to use a local businesses. ill be taking my money else where from now on not professional at all.

Arrived just after 8 this morning after someone reversed into the front of my car last night and my insurer directed me to Hickeys. After reading posted reviews I knew I could be in for a wait. Although they indicated it might be two months before the repairs could be done, they secured the front panel, fixed the driver door and front indicator on the spot, enabling me to continue to drive. They were very busy in the workshop but immediately came to my assistance. What a relief. Thank you to the team. Have a great Christmas fellas.
