Extremely disappointedUsed this company for a covid clean at work then decided to give them more business for my personal end of lease cleaning needs including carpet cleaning.The carpets were great as they outsource a company. The end of lease clean is another story.I understand when companies are understaffed for whatever reason but when asked to return to rectify issues, including photos of what was not cleaned to still not have the issue rectified is beyond my understanding. Mopping floors is a part of any cleaning service particularly a bond clean. This was not done in the first instance nor the rectification. Absolutely abhorrant.will not recommend to anyone

Amazing ! After recently relocating , we had the crew from Elleisha’s do our End of lease clean for us . They did a fantastic job ! Could not have been happier . Nothing was too hard . Luke was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we had all we needed , as well as cleaning he also organised for our lawns to be done as well .Roma and team handled the cleaning so well , the house was spotless .I highly recommend Elleisha’s . They make everything so easy

Paid this company $1400 for an end of lease clean and yard work & here’s the feedback received from the real estate (they didn’t believe we had actually had anybody come clean at all & said the yards were not done properly- grass everywhere, no catch used, super uneven. I was recommended Elleishas property services by my sons Ndis coordinator, we get a weekly regular clean and also have our lawns maintained on a fortnightly basis, I have found them to be professional, reliable and friendly.Our home is left sparkling clean every time, our lawns perfectly mowed, edges done and paths cleaned every time. I love that they tailor your clean too what you want and no job is too big or small anything from a spring clean too a oven clean. Highly recommend them especially Roma who does our clean every week… Thank you.
