my neighbour build a house with this cheep quality builder and left lot of troubles with me. Now it's flooding my land due to poor landscaping (handled by the builder) and not fitting the rain water tank properly, leaving the outlet not connected (left open for bare ground) and gutter not connect to the tank. This issue is going for 3 months now, and they were incapable of properly fit the tank and fix the leaking which flooding my land over and over again. It shows how unprofessional and careless they are. not deserve to have a single star rating.

Don't deserve a single start...If i could give none, I would.We engaged with the gallery group to purchase a block of land to build our dream home.We went through our agent to negotiate a good price, which caused upheaval and drama from the beginning as their sales rep missed out on a paycheck.With issue after issue with the bank and jumping through hoops, our finance was delayed - so instead of being understanding, they came in and terminated our contract in the final hours before finance approval unless we increased the contract price on the land.I have never dealt with such greed and unprofessional attitudes in my entire life, especially when it comes to such a big purchase and would not recommend engaging with this company or its staff EVER.
