Honestly I would like to give less than one star. My mum was bed bound after major surgery so she arranged flowers for my birthday as she couldn't get out to buy me anything.She apparently ordered something beautiful in pastels. The box stated that the flowers would be in bud form. Literally nothing in the box was in bud form. What was delivered was a bunch of rapidly dying white and yellow flowers with rotting foliage and brown edges. I tried to salvage what I could. Some went in the bin immediately but others I managed to mix with some other birthday flowers so that they lasted a few more days. All were dead within four days. I was mortified as my poor mum kept asking me to send her a photo of my lovely" flowers. She's a pensioner and I was really upset that she'd spent her money on something that I wouldn't even pick up on the Woolies sale rack.But it gets worse. I complained via email to the company with photos of the delivery. A week later no response. I follow up with a call to the phone number provided. The woman on the phone was exceptionally rude

Hamper for a Christmas party arrived a day late despit me ordering three weeks in advance. They blamed the courier company. Courier company said it did not arrive at their depot in time. Received a bunch of dead and diseased flowers costing $150. Again ruined our employee presentations as we had to source a hamper and new flowers elsewhere. Bloomex are refusing to issue a refund. Insist on giving me a store credit which I will never use as we will never be using them again. WARNING-DO NOT USE.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of receiving a flower delivery that was beyond disappointing. The condition of the flowers, the color, the vase, and even the accompanying card were all far from what I had expected based on my online purchase. To put it simply, this entire ordeal was a complete letdown and certainly does not deserve even a single star.First and foremost, the flowers were delivered in a state that can only be described as dead. It was evident upon opening the package that they had not been properly cared for. The petals were wilted, the leaves were brown and crispy, and the overall appearance was far from the vibrant, fresh bouquet I had anticipated. It was incredibly disheartening to see such lack of attention to detail.Moreover, the color of the flowers was completely different from what I had selected online. I had carefully chosen a bouquet in a specific shade, but what I received was a mismatched assortment that did not resemble anything close to what I had ordered. This lack of accuracy in fulfilling my order is simply unacceptable.Adding insult to injury, the vase that accompanied the flowers was not the one depicted in the online images. Instead of the elegant, decorative vase I had envisioned, I received a plain glass of beer, ordinary container. This discrepancy further contributed to the overall disappointment of the entire experience.To top it all off, even the card included in the package was in poor condition. It was torn and worn, completely undermining the sentiment I had intended to convey to the recipient. It was as if no care had been taken in ensuring that every aspect of the delivery was up to standard.In conclusion, I cannot express enough how utterly dissatisfied I am with this flower delivery. The wilted flowers, the incorrect color, the mismatched vase, and the damaged card all culminated in an experience that fell far below my expectations. I highly discourage anyone from using this service, as it is clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction. This delivery deserves no more than a single star, if that.

Disappointing service. I ordered during the floods and accepted the delay. 3 weeks later the flowers were delivered with a promised upgrade for the delay. However, the flowers received were nothing like the flowers ordered which I paid $111. The company did reply, they gave me a $30 voucher and said the flowers provided were within their policy. See what you think? 1st one - was the delivery. 2nd one - what I ordered and paid for. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them. Total disregard for the customer.Your standard reply does not solve the issue. I have already done as you suggest and the results are in my post. Not a suitable resolution in my view.

Ordered the Native Flowers Bouquet Designer Collection III for Valentine's Day. The flowers arrived 4 days late, after being shipped by AusPost - not delivered in person like you would expect. Upon opening the box, the flowers had no water and were already starting to wither and die. I complained to Bloomex and asked for a refund however was only offered a refund of the postage and handling, a store credit, or for the order to be resent with a 'huge' complimentary upgrade. I reluctantly agreed to the order to be resent on the proviso that the flowers delivered would infact be natives. Two days later, a bouquet of Chrysanthemums (not natives) arrived by AusPost in a similar state to the original flowers; the 'huge' complimentary gift, a cheap box of off-brand hazelnut chocolates. Do your research people, this company already has legal proceedings against them from the ACCC and the public is warned against using them. Don't make my mistake.

My mom ordered some flowers for me for mother's day. They didn't turn up on the Sunday or anytime up to 1 week later. After my mom emailed they offered to send the order again but then no reply for another 5 days so she got me to call as she is in Canada. When they finally arrived Friday, although they were in a sad state and just overall super dissapointing. They mainly used daisys to beef it up with 2 orchids that were pretty much dead on arrival :(

Absolutely appalling! If I could give 0 stars, that's what I would be doing!I ordered flowers for my MIL for delivery mothers day - Sunday. Recieved an email saying there would be a change of delivery date and a tracking info email on the Thu saying they had been collected for Fri delivery. We were fine with this, it gets busy, we get it.5 days later, the flowers collected on the Thu still hadn't arrived.I had been in touch with Bloomex via a crackly phone line and numerous emails. Via email I was offered a $30 bloomex credit as compensation which I didn't feel was good enough 4 days after they left where they came from and after missing Mothers Day altogether. I asked for a refund, but they only offered a credit. They wouldn't even entertain a refund after the flowers didn't arrive. They offered a Gourmet Hamper or replacement flowers which I asked for the Gourmet Hamper and for a bottle of wine to be added, so they changed it to a cheaper wine hamper and no credit.Then the flowers arrived..... We ordered the 50 blooms of orchids because we know MIL loves them, which seemingly turned into a different flower altogether and as dead as dead could be. I mean I feel that if fresh flowers are in transit for 6 days, just don't follow through with delivering them. It is offensive for the reciever! (Sarcasm: here we love you and miss you so much we sent DEAD FLOWERS!)The response from bloomex in a nutshell.... we already replaced them....My favourite customer service response through the whole 6 day saga, was 'Unfortunately, it's out of our control and depends on the courier service only, anyways we will follow up with them.'So after this flower episode and having to then substitute flowers with a hamper we never wanted to send but felt we had to because a refund was off the cards and we didn't want more dead flowers delivered, I would never again use Bloomex!!!STAY AWAY!!!!

We ordered a large bunch for our manager $134. Paid for a vase. What arrived was quite a few wilted flowers amongst some ok ones. Delivered in a small cheap jar with handle on it instead of the vase. Sent them detailed pictures and they said the flowers were up to standard. Absolute rubbish, disgusting customer service and not worth $34 let a lone $134. Don't use this company.

DO NOT BUY! I ordered flowers two days in advance and they never showed up. They then never showed up the next day as promised. Or the next or the next. They blame the courier or the weather or the traffic. No response to emails and they do not offer refunds, such a joke! Absolutely disgraceful company. Bloomex: Fresh. Fast. Fair. There is nothing fresh, fast or fair about this place. Do not waste your money.

The flowers arrived on time they were fresh some unopened so they last a while beautiful arrangement. I recommend getting the second size up for the orchids but they were beautiful. I bought a package with teddy, chocolates, vase and card with 50 blooms of orchids for a very reasonable price all really nice. Everyone very pleased. Thank you
