Ordered a pool in October 2021. Its now December 2021. the pool was never received.I've complied with this businesses request but they refuse to Refund, and have not delivered the pool. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pool NOT received, refuses to refund in accordance with Australian Consumer law.

Paid for pool early September 2021. Its now December 2021 - the pool was never received and highly unlikely it was sent by this seller. Upon taking this company to court, I honoured my end and it appears he never intended to refund me, nor honour his end by investigating where the pool was. He has non stop threatened me via emails and argued when asking for a refund. This company is happy to take your money but won't deliver and become threatening when someone is ENTITLED TO BEING Refunded as per Australian Consumer Law. Rude behaviour and argumentative. Happy take your money but not happy to actually send the goods nor refund. AVOID THEM.I have attached an email from the manager of this store, for you to identify the unprofessionalism and threats!
