I would highly recommend this hearing clinic. I went there with my Dad as his hearing aid broke when he was here on holiday visiting me from overseas. Jo was incredibly helpful , knowledgeable and also empathetic..wonderful customer service ! She arranged a replacement part and repair within a few days, keeping us informed along the way. Thank you Audika - this little repair made a huge impact to my Dad’s holiday and meant he could fully participate , hear his grandkids & keep up with all our conversations in our precious time together
