As a single mum of 2 young children on a tight budget, you can imagine how stressful a plumbing emergency would be on multiple levels. Thankfully the amazing team at BPS came to my rescue. Not only did they have the knowledge, skills, and tools to fix my problem but they also completed the job in record time and showed an immense amount of personal care and compassion toward me and my situation. On top of that, when my plumbing issue went from bad to worse, they were able to come almost immediately instead of the time we had previously scheduled. There is nowhere else I would call or even consider for any of my future plumbing needs.. and if you do, you’re a damn fool!

Had our hwu die on a Saturday arvo and within a few hours we had a brand new hotty installed, the day was saved! Work is always tidy. Legends

Got in contact with Nathan at BPS for a solar hot water system for the house I just bought. He recommended Eurosun over other brands, being more efficient and having great value for money, so I went with that. Very happy with the Eurosun brand as it works well even during winter and does a better job than the other brand I had on my last home.Just very happy all round and BPS were very easy to deal with. I don't know much about hot water systems so it was nice to have them handle it and make it easy.

Big thanks to Nathan from Bunbury Plumbing services, for being so time efficient and friendly - Nathan attended our call out on the same day we we rang, to what we thought was a hot water system needing to be serviced/replaced - without just servicing/replacing it as we thought we needed, Nathan quickly investigated what the issue was and didn't waste any time in fixing the problem at hand without delay.We truely appreciate having an honest plumber who is just a phone call away, and who wont just bill you for what he thinks is the problem, But will diagnose and repair the problem as needed.5 stars to this awesome family owned business!

A contradictory impression: firstly, I was recommending a gas distributor upgrade due to a faulty hot water system; however that did not resolve the problem; despite promises, no one came again to check why the problem still persists; and yet they insist to be paid for their dodgy advise; the work has been done but the result is not what was expected. Looks like a costly advice for absolutely nothing.

Highly recommend Bunbury Plumbing Services! Nathan and his team are extremely friendly and professional. This is a local business that really know how to look after their customers. Understood the urgency of the problem, offered a short term solution and then was and fixed it asap. I will be recommending him to everyone in the future.

Last week I had a plumbing emergency when an old water pipe, that ran through the back of my tile fire, collapsed causing serious flooding throughout my kitchen (300 liters of water from the upstairs tank was gushing out) I called the after hours emergency number at Bunbury Plumbing and Nathan turned up within 10 minutes... stopped the water and is now repairing the damaged parts. I am so grateful for his efficient service.... and his friendly supportive manner. Thank you Nathan. I think you deserve a 6 star rating!!!

I have found Bunbury plumbing service to be honest on time and well priced I highly recommend this business to anyone. I have used them to find a water leak repair a tap and also provide potable water they are versatile efficient and generally just a good bunch of guys doing a great job.

POOR SERVICE:I have been dealing with this company for 12 years, on a 2 month basis to pump the grease drain at my work premises!UNFORTUNATELY I used them at my residence where they STUFFED up, I ended up with a hole in my roof and a damaged ceiling. Numerous phone calls, emails, NO LUCK to fix the ceiling and they demand payment for work done at the shop, which I have been refusing to pay until the ceiling at my residence gets fixed. IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Sad
