We've order the platter from SUBWAY today, for 5 staff member , and only takes 10 minutes to pick up, they looks fantastic, we never order the subway platter before, and we both surprise ! Our team member both feel this is the best one we never ever had. Good job SUBWAY SOUTHWHARF !

This has got to be the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I have subway many times but today this was the worst. The bread had been squashed and very stingy on the salads as as they didn’t look fresh. What a waste of money that was. The service was shockingly bad.

I frequent this subway after work, and every time I am met with unmatched hospitality. They greet me cheerfully and prepare me my order every time of the same standard- exceptional consistency. I go here knowing that I am going to be met with flexbillity, generous portioning, and most of all excellent customer service.

They charge me for pineapple but none in the subway and the guy was very stingy with the veggies even after I asked for more nearly nothing in it very bad service would not recommend anyone to go here

Posted on real time. When is a Mediterranean panini not a Mediterranean? When it’s made in the subway in DFO South Wharf, basement level. No sun dried tomatoes, just regular. Asked a staff member to make my whole sandwich but the owner didn’t like that and took over at the end. Did not wipe the knife when I asked it to be earlier and was most stingy on the serviette. One. Asked for another and he slapped it down semi gently. Ate it grudgingly as all the other vego options in this food court were unappealing and decided on subway as I thought it would be familiar and good. The franchise owner definitely needs retraining on subway service and attitude.

Tips : Sandwich will be looks very nice and clean if you not asking for everything or more sauce !Really good food and quick service! All the sandwich maker are professional and efficiently , they made really good sandwich !

it was the worst ever experience as I am pur vegan and wanted a veggie patty so as soon as I ordered the the girl immediately started making the patty without changing her gloves as she just wanted to complete the order.this was against my culture and she even did not want to listen just complete the order.so much disappointed!

Quiet literally the worst Subway I have ever been to. Horrible customer service, very unhygienic and extremely stingy with the amount of veggies they put in the subs. I’ve been here a handful of times and my experience just kept getting worse and worse.

Prices are crazy. Every other subway in the country $3.50 for a jaffle, here $6.95. Talk about greed. Placed the order and they stuck it in the microwave. I asked them to press it and was informed, “we don’t have a press”. Poor service and exorbitant prices. Won’t be purchasing here again.
