Went on Friday for a clean up the worker cut my skin on both toes and fingernails and now I'm dealing with a in grown toenail that is killing me. When I first arrived a had to wait for 25 minutes for someone to start with my service. At the end I wasn't happy with the results.

Stay Far away from this Place ! The worst experience ever ! I had the most PAINFUL Mani of my life . The worker literally sawed an Emory board into them which made one of my nails bleed . She was rushing so hard ! My nail is so irritated.And let's not forget the awful job they done on my nails . There was little specs/fuzzies of dust after the gel polished was complete on my nails. She proceeded to paint them, missing sections and not caring that there were fuzzies in the polish. When I asked her to take out the fluff.. she blamed it on my shirt !There was even nailpolish left on top of my Nail . And one one the workers at the front said oh it will go away once you wash it " like what the?!!!!When I confronted them and told them that I'm not happy with the service

Good hygiene, every thing here are modern and well organized. Tammy is a nail expert here. She had wide knowledge . ‘D recommend to anyone!!

Worst acrylic set ever had, the thinnest acrylic overlay ever! Had to go back second day due to a nail tip crack. Got it fixed, but what about the other fingers? Rude and obnoxious staff!!!!!!

Super lovely staff, made me feel welcome here. I get my nails done here for the pass 3 years for now and alway satisfied with the result

Absolutely rubbish experience. The first time I was sat for 2 hours for shellac on my hands and feet. After 2 days it started to peel off every single finger. I went back and was seated for another hour and a half before they redone my shellac on my hands only. AFTER that they charged me for the shellac being re done despite admitting it was their fault and they mustn't have let it dry properly! $95 on nail paint in 3 days. Rip off place with low product quality and poor service.

Professional nails? You are far from it love. I went on Saturday 17/06 to get my nails painted. Yesterday Tuesday 20/06 my nails are getting chipping plus the shellac is also chipping off. To top all of this I was accused of not paying for my service when I had paid and left but came back as my friend was still finishing off her nails. When I showed the lady my bank transaction she had the audacity to say it’s “pending” but the money had gone out of my account. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculously over priced for nothing l will never be coming to such a disgusting place with a horrible service and non professional staff.

Overpriced charge for just a removal. I should've asked how much before getting the service. However I feel it was not worth it since other salons do not charge extra $20 on top of $25. For the type of nail removal when the service duration and steps were the same as normal manicure removal which should've been only $25. Paid a total of $45 to get nails removed and the final result I could see there was still nail residue left over, not completely removed. Not recommended to get only removal, felt like I should've gotten a whole new set would've felt more worth it.In response to the owners response, the nail technician who did my nails was nice and polite with her service and apologised whenever hurting my skin but it didn't. She even had her own cuticle set which showed me she is dedicated to her work. It just would've felt more courteous of making the customer aware of extra charges during the service rather than checking last minute with other staff about pricing. I should've asked to have seen the price list to know what I am paying.Visit the nail gallery in town hall city as they have removal service of the nails I did for $20 with the gel type they use. Same method of removal with drill and foils as well as business set up. They also display they're prices before purchase which should be kept in mind when doing walk ins for other salons not regular with.This review is for others to be aware of pricing without being told of extra fees.
