Feel Good is a great local business. My husband and I go for a IR sauna once a month and its truly a perfect place to bliss out. I love that they offer great service, honest friendliness and all-round cleanliness of their facilities. Highly recommend, especially if you're local and want something nice to round out a lazy Sunday afternoon.

I sprained my ankle and was then approached online by the owner to come in for a free check up to see how they could help me heal faster and from the moment I walked in I was completely amazed at the venue. The cleanliness, with state of the art equipment and attention to me and my condition was second to none. They shared with me invaluable information and I was so impressed with the overall vibe of the place and watching customers come in and out completely rejuvenated and me also feeling great after the check up, I'll definitely be back to finish off my healing there. Prices are great and the equipment is really modern and almost futuristic and they know their stuff and when and what to apply to your needs or condition. Highly recommended for anyone going through sports trauma or just wanting to feel that little bit extra from daily life. Definitely 5 stars

This place is amazing! Float tanks and infrared saunas are the best for sleeping, stress, anxiety or depression. A true body reset. Facility is extremely clean and showers and towels are provided in each private room. Highly recommend. I go weekly.

Modern next generation equipment with super nice and attentive customer service! Staff are super friendly, provide additional advice and go above and beyond to meet any need you might have. I am very impressed with service and quality of experience. Had the infared sauna and float therapy. Came out super relaxed and refreshed! Would highly recommend and will be back! My partner loved it!!

Just finished a float session here and will be my new point of recommendation. The facility is clean, the layout is extremely spacious and private. They also have IR Saunas (which I love and will be back for) plus a hyperbaric pod & cryofreeze.Hint for first timers trying to find the entry: if you're looking at the sticker on the medical centre window - the door is to the left (they let me know they'll be fixing the sign soon though).Love that you can easily book in online, same day too.Price is also on par with the industry but you feel like it's well worth it when the place is hygienic.

Been coming here a few months, Michael is a down to earth, cool to chat to, innovative bro and is a pleasure to deal with. Do an infrared sauna once a week and you just feel like you're walking on clouds after. Worth every penny.

I went along to Feel Good on my birthday with a friend for something nice to do and we had the Signature Feel Good package and it was amazing. Thank you to Michael for your outstanding hospitality and for sharing your knowledge. I will definitely be back.

Easily the best recovery centre in Sydney - the tanks are quiet the sauna is hot and they have some things on offer you’ll find no where else like the hyperbaric chamber. The team are all awesome and it’s a second home to come and unwind in.
