But...#Tip Laura is my favourite go to girl in Napoleon, she's passionate and very wise about everything to do with make up.

I got my makeup done for formal here!! the Lady i had- unfortunately i didn't get her name but she is manager of the store!! she did a fabulous job on my make up!! not even did it look good but bonus it stayed on till the night was over!!!! which she did it at 1 and stayed on till 11pmshe was very efficient at her job!! she is also very polite and easy to talk to!!! I was really happy with the look she gave me.i will definitely be coming here again in the future-thank you heaps and will recommend!!!

Madison was so delightful in helping me arrange an amazing birthday party event. Nothing was a problem, her attitude and excitement for my event was catching! Cant wait for the day!

The ladies who work in the store are very helpful. In particular Laura has fantastic customer service. I have had a makeover twice in the last month and about six times in total over the last year with Laura and she is a gem. My makeup is flawless and her knowledge of the products exceptional.

I had my make up done by Riarne who was so professional & did the most amazing job! She listened to me & knew exactly what I wanted. Super happy!

I had a wedding to go to and Maddy (manager) booked my make up for Sunday at 9.00 after reassuring that the store will open earlier and do my make over so I can get to the wedding on time. I received appointment confirmation via text and email.On the day of appointment I arrived on time and no one was there. No one called to let me know they can’t make it or to cancel. A no show. Poor service and no respect.I had to call the napoleon store twice during the day asking for explanation and if they could provide the promised service and was advised they can’t due to staffing issue. Very disappointed to receive poor & unreliable service from such a large organisation.

Very friendly staff and the make up artist did an amazing job for my New Years Eve make up!It’s a shame they’ve closed down most of the shops as the Miranda one is out of my way, but I would come back for every big event!

I visited this store while travelling for work from Melbourne and had such a lovely experience! Laura not only did an amazing job on my make up but was very knowledgeable on all of the products and gave me great advice to choose what I needed. I’ve been to lots of NP stores and this experience was a stand out for me.
