A surprise would be the best description!Staff not particularly friendly at front door nor particularly excited about donations!Thought I would have a look inside, extremely expensive.....almost $50.00 for a lined coat. A vicious cycle, prices too high so not turning over stock therefore not too excited about receiving more stock. I won't be going back!

Loving designer bargains. Always the best quality clothing at this SALVOS. No OP shop smell lots and lots of racks not overly stocked so it's easy to browse. My favourite store but I love all of them. Staff are super helpful. The manager is on the ball and staff are with the program ! ♡

I am sorry to say this is more like a second hand shop the prices are expensive and definitely lacks the opp shop theory of giving less fortunate people a chance for an opportunity purchase here . Many things are priced according to in line shopping prices and this needs to be addressed . Seriously

Great opshop. Good prices. Nice variety. Friendly staff. I've been going here for years, and my only disappointments is when no one's donated things I want to buy lol.

First time I have visited this store and I was delighted with my experience

A good big store that can have everything very good. Parking is not the best many shops very busy. Park under woolworths opposite.

Very disappointed, I called this store on Friday and asked if I could drop off crystal wear and bric a brac was told to come Monday. I washed and ensured everything was packed perfectly only to be turned away Monday morning as their excuse was they were too busy. I told them I have done the right thing by calling, was told to come on Monday and took care to provide perfect condition items and they said they are not accepting anything more. I then took my items to another charity in Airport West and they gladly took everything. I can see why people dump items at this location as I am sure I am not the only one to be turned away.

Staff amazing! Great selection of goods

Lots of clothing items available and they're all grouped according to colour, which is handy. The staff are never unfriendly. They're all so nice and helpful. The location of the store is great and the opening hours are convenient. There's only one negative when it comes to this store and that's the comparatively high prices, particularly with regards to the clothing. Compared to the many other op shops I've been too, the prices are twice, and in some cases three times, what they should be. For example, I saw a pair of men's jeans, just ordinary jeans, not a designer brand or anything like that, and they wanted $24 for them! I mean, you can get brand new jeans from Big W, Kmart etc. for less than that.
