Can't fault this service, helpful and supportive.

Took push mower in for replacement starter cord installed. Lasted a month then broke. Dont have time or inclination to load mower up and drive 40min to get done second time. Hes probablly good at what he does. I believe do it right first time

Not happy, $110 on a service & new blades.. put a new filter in but couldn't replace the broken cover on the filter..!! / Hello, yes I'd originally walked in for the blades, agreed to $40.. Ten minutes later I'd called on the phone & asked for the price of a service, we agreed on $70 which there I believe a miscommunication of what I wanted happened..! You had already replaced the blades & charged me for that instead of sharpening the old blades which is what's done in a normal service. I happily came back with the $70 only to be told I'm $40 short, so I had to transfer more money then rush back to the ATM because you only take cash & was closing in 5mins. Fair enough the crack was cosmetic, yes your prices are fair I guess, but I didn't get what I wanted for the money I paid..!! Including the oil change that's normally the usual with a service, came back empty.!! But thanks, now it's got oil back in it, it's been running well..

This is a independent local business that i had been taking my ride on mower to and was great service until I sent my ride on mower there for repairs three times within 12 hours running time for the same problem, As this is a independent local business i went back to them to get it fixed to support them but when you send your mower in three times within 12hrs running time for the same problem and it keeps happening i can no longer support this business and will be taking my mower else where for repairs and service.

It's good to see a small business on the go. Great staff, good communication and great service.

I took my ride on mower into Grafton Mower Specialists to have blades replaced which they were able to do straight away while I waited, which I was very grateful for the prompt & efficient service.Thank you David & Dean, it is a pleasure to have such friendly & helpful service. Keep up the great work!!
