Once a fortnight, at least, I receive scripts form my GP about 200metres away, so out of convenience, I call in to Aus Fair Terry White to pick them up. Well, no more, absolutely no more, will I waste my time and extreme effort going there! I only ever need approximately 4 or 5 scripts and EVERY time they are missing at least two scripts. For such a big chemist in such a huge shopping centre it is absolutely DISGRACEFUL. No exaggeration, every single time. And for things like everyday diabetic medication and pain killers.TERRY WHITE Australia Fair, YOU HAVE SADLY LOST ME!!!OBVIOUSLY poor management!

Absolute Circus with clowns behind the counter Save money and time and go to Chemist Warehouse !!! Staff behind counter need approval to dispence medication ? Put the organ grinder behind the register instead of his monkey !!!!! Have moved on and wont be back to your Circus !!!!!!

This is by far the most professional chemist that I have ever dealt with, the staff are genuinely helpful and are by far the most understanding of your personal situation and will even take extra time with you to discuss your personal needs and offer excellent advice for your health and well-being. I highly recommend this particular store and for me it will be the only one that I will be using.

I just went in to ask questions about a medication my mother had been prescribed, and which she was nervous to start using. Both the pharmacist and the assistant were so thorough and helpful in getting me more information and offering help. I did not spend any money in this exchange, I made it clear I needed information right from the start and this did not affect the high level of support and information I received.Amazing customer service is rare these days, so my experience was unexpected. Thank you to the team for being amazing

The staff here are very kind and helpful especially 'R' around the parfam, she is a real joy and very knowledgeable; she's the gem of that store. The reason for removing one star comes from the following points:1) Their parfam us generally over-priced (compare to Chemist Warehouse),2) Their parfam has no prices on them so you have to bother a staff just to know the price,3) Their vitamins are MUCH more expensive that elsewhere. I paid $10 less per bottlee of Vitamin c1000mg than here for the same product,4) Their shelves are a little bare. Paying rent on all that square footage should mean they should pack the shelves, they are VERY sparsely stocked.
