Realm Kangaroo Point

SCAMMERS, LIARS AND PREY ON INTERSTATE TRAVELLERS, stay away from Realm Kangaroo point at all costs.The property advertised was not the property that was shown on the video inspection, it was also not the property shown in the photos either.They advertised a completely different townhouse and I also did a video inspection then when I came to view the property in person they said the one in the photos and the one I viewed on video inspection is currently not available anymore. The townhouse I viewed on video inspection was spacious, with a black marble bench top, black stairs and a balcony then the one they showed me in person upon already signing the lease was all white, tiny with no balcony and not one thing similar to the photos, the virtual tour and the video inspection. I live interstate and tried to surprise my partner by moving to Brisbane.This was an utter fail and embarrassment.It is disgusting and highly illegal, the fact that I terminated my lease here in Victoria and the fact that they tried to increase my rent from $920 a week to $1150 a week even after they already locked in my price for $920 a week and I received an email saying they will hold the price for 48 hours. The townhouse I viewed in person was a shoe box, complete opposite to what they used in the photos, the virtual tower and the video inspection, the townhouse I viewed in person was the tiniest shoe box I have ever seen in my life, the fact they think they can lie to people and charge $1150 a week for this is beyond a joke.There is currently an investigation with the ACCC and fair trading and I will be engaging private lawyers.Steer clear from this company at all costs.They all collaborate to tell lies.

I did an inspection at Realm KP. I met Jane who showed the property around. No offense, I find her really disrespectful towards us. She was racist and treated us as if we could not afford the property. She kept rolling her eyes throughout the 30 minutes inspection. We had had enough when she finally asked where i worked and if we were from China??? She then scoffed after hearing our answers.The experience was terrible even though the property was amazing. We were seriously thinking of applying for an application for 18 months lease. I am very disappointed.

Living in Realm is fantastic, very friendly and helpful staff, Jane was great at the beginning when We wanted to rent our apartment, so helpful and nice.we are so happy to live here in this gorgeous building.

I can't rate the management of Realm greater. Their service to date has been nothing short of incredible from the leasing process, to tenant induction to the incredible events they put on for residents each week. The fact the building is fully pet friendly makes it a standout in the Brisbane market. It truly feels like I'm living In a hotel.

Although I didn't take the rental because i found somewhere closer to my workplace, I found Jane to be extremely helpful and quick in replying to questions. She showed me around the place which was an amazing flat, and great communal areas, and I was impressed. A thoroughly professional set up.

I really enjoyed living at Realm Kangaroo Point. In addition to amazing facilities, including an incredible rooftop and pool area, the staff is so nice and welcoming. I also loved all the complimentary events that were arranged at the private dining room and roof top. Thank you for four wonderful months!

Such an amazing place! Unfortunately I did not chose to live here as I found a property closer to my work location but dealing with Jane was a breeze from start to finish. So helpful, kind and happy to answer all of our questions. Jane took us round the full property with a detailed tour of the facility’s missing nothing. Very quick to reply to any messages or phone calls that we had. I can not recommend her more to deal with if you enquire of about living at Realm.

Lovely building complimented by even lovelier staff. Couldn’t recommend a more welcoming and positive leasing experience especially to anyone who is new to Brisbane.

A huge thank you to the Realm team for putting on a great night on Saturday night for Brisbane Riverfire. My guests and I were absolutely buzzing with it all and couldn't be more complimentary about the food and atmosphere. This was our second year, and it was equally good both years. We couldn't thank you anymore. Made even more special by the fact that you put this on free of charge whilst giving up your own free time to make it happen. Totally impressed with 36 Lambert and the entire team. The application process was super streamlined and the support from booking a visit and dealing with my queries was phenomenal. The rest of the team involved also added to the stress-free approach. Very attractive property and facilities in place which adds so much value. Looking forward to getting my keys and moving in. Can’t wait to join the community!
