Engaged Russell to install aluminum partitioning into my premises. Following site visit, quote and prep, Russell did not respond for 3 weeks following many patient calls and emails. When Russell finally did respond, his response for not responding was very unprofessional and that he changed his phone number (despite calling me from the number he said he changed).Russell seemed liked a great guy and came across as professional, so it came as a disappointment the manner in which he conducted his business.I hope he spends time ensuring he balances his full-time job with his business in the future to avoid such issues with clients.For future prospective clients I would advise they check his capacity to take on your work. If he has capacity, I am sure he would be great to work with.
