Bad customer service

I am not satisfied with the customer service AT ALL!, Steve wasn’t helpful he laughed in my face when I was having a serious conversation with him,we distributed 25,000 magnets with your company AND ONLY GOT TWO PHONE CALLS.i done a little research myself and with all the 3 phone numbers I called they all stated they didn’t receive an envelope with our fridge magnet in it.I want to be reimbursed for wasting my money and time! Also we got a call stating a 10 year old boy was handing out the magnets alone,this is illegal work. With the 5,000 magnets that you guys didn’t distribute,no one updated or called me to let me know it wasn’t sent out with the rest of the 25,000.I want my money back also for these magnets that weren’t handed out I will definitely take this further if the issue isn’t solved. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DEFINITELY DONT DEAL WITH STEVE

Pack of scam artists, you work for a pittance and they don't pay you properly because of their unrealistic and unfair expectations dumb dogs karma will get you

This business is extremely inconsistent and I have lost trust in using them for our distribution. I distribute 70,000 publications to a local area and I have had neighbours send photos of bundles and bundles of our publications thrown in their bin. The company is refusing to take blame and this is not an acceptable way to run a business. Avoid them at all costs!
