This plaza opened after the previous building mysteriously burnt down one night which was no doubt a suprise and great news for the developer. It's been open for a while now and it's pretty dead inside. Why would you go in when the atmosphere is so much better outside? There a great deli with a nice butcher that sells what i think are middle eastern style goods. Maybe when more shops open it will get busier.
