Great customer service today. Had a faulty 2 speed fan but no receipt. Pivot located my receipt in the system and applied the 12 month warranty, checked the appliance was available and arranged ne to collect at the warehouse.Thanks for helping to keep us warm tonight.

Bought a wood stove Canadian made very good was some issues with panels but that got attended to and Susanne was great ! They have some nice stuff in the shop! Over all very happy we are comfy and warm all winter :)

Very happy with the service of Pivot in the purchase of our new Pacific Energy wood heater that has replaced a 25 year old Magnum heater After going into the showroom a few weeks back and discussing with Tammie our needs, it came down to choosing between this and one other, Tammie was very good at explaining the features of both and helped in our choice. The installation by Mitch and Angus from Modica Plumbing was without fuss and very professional. We are very happy with our choice and are only now understanding just how inefficient our old wood heater was... This heater is actually physically slightly smaller but throws out much more heat than the one it replaced... We should have done this years ago.

Called with a bunch of questions regarding Charnwood Aire3 Stove extended warranty and technical aspects. All were answered fully and all good news. Highly recommend using Pivot Stove!
