Cars drive in and out without clear entry and exit ways. You can imagine how hard for people to go in and out. It was a long queue and I moved my car to give a way for the car behind me filling fuel. The lady cashier thought I would run away!

Lack customer service! The vacuum machine and fragrance most of the time remain broken! They don't clean or empty the vacuum machine, so it smells really bad! I found the car wash was broken in few occasions too! So, one star out of five from me! New car wash times of 15 mins/car mean a long, long wait if there are more than one or two ahead. Not coming back.

Pulled up with a flat and had the lady working turn the power off on me just as I started using the air. explained to her that I had a flat and could she please turn it on just long enough for me to put air in one tyre. She told me the pump was connected to the lights and she wouldnt turn it on or she would get a phone call about it. It would have been on for all of 30seconds. Uncaring and rude staff. Will not be buying for here again thats for sure.
