Boost Juice Albert Street

Google say this store is open until 730pmActually the staff are not friendly and we went at 5:55pm they said no we are closed already the hours are wrong and staff just want to close the shop don't care about customer service and just rude towards you tell you to use the self serve Kiosk but I just want to order and pay at the counter, they are so young so rude.Boost juice need to sort out this store and the rude unfriendly staff, ofcourse the staff are nice around the boss and other staff but so unfriendly to customers and so rude, if you don't enjoy fast paced hospitality then you should go work somewhere else instead of taking it out on customers with the unfriendly and rude behaviour.

Very rude and impolite customer service. The leader screams at the customers and she looked so rushed that you could feel the aggressive vibe in the air.It seems to bully everyone there and definitely does not know how to work under pressure. It was quite scary ordering a juice there.

An amazing banana smoothie and some incredible service. With a really stressful situation this morning, the staff member did such a good job serving, opening and making the drinks quicker than I have ever seen before! Keep up the good work boost, I'll definitely be back!

Looked through my transactions today and noticed my drink cost more than it cost…Choc Mussel Hussle for $10.2 and I got charged $10.4

Definitely my goto place for juices while in the city. Good and quick except rush times (totally understandable).The self-ordering system is great. Only if they can add the 'note' section for any instructions like 'no ice'. But, that can be communicated over the counter.

Great juices as always but one girl was on her phone the whole time I waited instead of serving customers and was even laughing and showing the workers things on her phone so the wait was much longer then what was advertised on the app (3-8 minutes) instead I waited 15+ minutes.

Order a lot of Boost juices from this store, typically they ask if you’d like the $1 water. They didn’t, but that wasn’t the issue. I forgot to get the water (my bad!) however when I went back after ordering to ask, I was slugged for a full price, because it was a “separate order”. This is not a massive deal in and of itself, but the fact that the policy is to be so rigid about it, when it’s actually a really low cost opportunity for the store to build good will with a loyal customer is bizarrely tight. Not worrying about something so petty is how you make good customer experiences. Hope they enjoyed the $1.5 extra they made. The cost of removing this review is what, $3000? Nice work. To try e manager reading this, get some CX training for your staff.

Went to this boost juice today,Was waiting in line and the rude dark haired teenager refused to serve me. I was waiting at the counter and she insisted that I was to use the kiosk. I didn’t have my glasses and am quite hard of sight, especially on bright machines. I asked if I could please get served as I can’t use the kiosk and they refused, told me to just figure it out. I walked outBased on the 6 most recent reviews, I think the owner needs to really talk to their staff about attitudes as it seems they know they can be rude to people and get away with it.

Kelly TL at this Boost juice location is an amazing human!Had some issues with the Boost app. As a result, I could not redeem the points for a free drink. Kelly, the legend, went above and beyond to fix this issue for me. Finally, I got my free drink.I can't praise her enough because I faced the same issue at Boost Juice in Myer centre. And the staff at this store simply gave up without even trying to help or even show interest for that matter.Customer service matters a lot, isn't it!
