Half of the menu is crossed off and the food is okay. I ordered ahead of time for crispy pasta and I still had to wait receive the food. It is good but the service is slow and a lot of the tables weren't cleaned up

I have very little to say about the service and freshness of the food, which at 2pm had languished. Whether the food would have been better if we arrived closer to noon is a question but nonetheless, the lack of consistency, politeness from the staff, and even of what was available was appalling. They tried to up-sell a buffet which had more than half of its offerings gone. The taste of the food was mediocre at best, very oily, stale and malansa" at worst. Chadz is probably a much better place for Filipinos to hangout during the lunch hour but outside of it? I recommend finding some other place to eat instead."

I used to buy food from here before every time I crave for Filipino food. But I stopped going because the lady who always serves is rude and has the worst customer service! She is never happy to serve customers. I had a terrible experience with her because there was one time where she automatically put my order in a plate without even asking if it was for takeaway or to have there (I wasn'tlooking while she was serving it because I was still browsing around the place). And when I apologised for telling her that I was gonna have it for takeaway, she got angry and said, Ano ba naman yan ate kanina pa ako dito nag seserve hindi mo man lang sinabi na take away ka. Ano ba yan! (with an angry tone). And I continued to apologise for not looking while she was serving and for not mentioning that it was for takeaway

Bought 2 fried tilapia today which I ordered yesterday via phone call. The lady I spoke to yesterday stated that the tilapias were 1kg each so I bought 2 instead of 3 as they were quite big.Today, when my mum picked them up not only they were late with the order the tilapias were no close to 1 kg each. We weighed them when my mum got home, 1 was only 559g and the other 616g. So my mum called them to let them know. The lady or I think it was the owner was very rude and said to my mum with a high angry voice “I’ll give your money back and you can eat the tilapia!!” My mum just wanted them to be aware that the tilapia they’re selling are not 1kg each and that maybe their supplier aren’t very honest with them. But she wouldn’t listen and just hanged up. Very rude and very very poor customer service. And another thing, when my mum picked up the tilapia, she noticed that the restaurant is very filthy and very unhygienic. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

I always buy heaps of takeaway which I get from another shop where I learned they supply as well (I always buy in bulk). Foods are delicious, I can say that always on-point, even my Aussie husband loves your menudo, and kaldereta. I never cook, and whenever I have cravings for local authentic Pinoy foods, I make sure that I order in bulk. It gives me so much comfort, and happiness. I haven't visited their physical shop, but one day I must!

The food is 10 out of 10!! Although they can perhaps improve the setting and atmosphere of the restaurant maybe remove boxes on the tables.

The owner is very rude, my friend wanted to use the toilet, he waited for two minutes, thinking someone is in the toilet, the owner Whos sitting in the middle table doing accounting, then raise her voice and said we don’t have toilet, didn’t even bother to raise her head. The food is awful too. Doesn’t taste good.

Most of the food is good. But hygiene and organisation is an issue. I wish you’d clean up after people leave. Literally all tables are with dirty trays and plates. This happened multiple times on occasions that you’re not actually busy. Please clean up. It’s a shame, you’re supposed to be an icon in the southeast, and people are probably going to you because they don’t have any other choice/no other competition; but this doesn’t mean you should be complacent with your cleanliness. If this is your store front, it makes one question what you’re like behind the kitchen.

I had almost the exact same experience as one of the previous bad reviews here. The owner and her son are nice but there’s one staff who’s rude to me every time I go in there. She definitely doesn’t know what customer service is and not happy working there. Last time I went there, I ordered my food without asking me if I want takeaway or dine in. She plated up my order assuming I was dining in. When I told her that’s for takeaway, she was upset and blamed me for not telling her. She frowned at me and gave me attitude that made me feel very uncomfortable. It’s a shame because it’s the closest Pinoy restaurant to me and the owners are nice. I won’t be going back unfortunately.

They haven't served chicken and pork barbecue for a long while now. When I asked why, the lady at the counter gave the reason that they do 'not have enough staff'. Which is a very poor excuse not to have the food that the restaurant is supposed to be known for. We later learned from the owner of the nearby Filipino grocery store that the place is no longer affiliated with the original Chadz Chickenhaus in Werribee and is now an independent ?franchise. The prices of the dishes have gone up considerably but the portion sizes have shrunk. And since it looks like BBQ chicken will no longer be on the menu, may as well change the name to Chadz Carinderia. Definitely will not be coming back. It's not worth the trip. Best to go elsewhere for better food and service.
