Foodwood - Nepalese Restaurant
Under new management, the restaurant setup is pretty good with only one place to have live music in nepalese restaurant in adelaide. The food is yummy still need to workout on some the food as chhoila is supposed to be served cold not warm or hot but the taste was good. Momo platter is mouth watering. I wish all the best to this new management for better future. Live music is pretty cool the guitarist is the one of the best talent from Nepal. Everyone can try once and see how it goes. For me its one the best in adelaide. The picture on wall is very attractive and represent the culture and heritage of Nepal. The lights and the setup for Bar are also amazing. I would love to go there next time as well.

Good food. Best thing about whole experience is Live Music that happens every friday. Musical environment, great musician team. Thank you for making my birthday so special with all dedications and wishes by band especially.

I have been here is Adelaide for more than five years and this is the best Nepalese food I have had so far, hands down. Beautiful ambience, great staff and the food here is so delicious. We had some momo platter, chicken kadai and khaja set. They were all soooo good and I honestly don't know what I can choose next.Guys, give it a try, it's amazing, you will have beautiful experience.

I recently visited Foodwood and had a great experience. The food was simple yet delicious, with fresh ingredients and well-executed flavors. The service was also friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a casual and satisfying meal. Best nepali restaurant in Adelaide.

Whilst the food tasted pretty good there were some critical points holding the food back. The chicken korma had lots of bones and cartilage in. Also there was no chutney accompanying the samosas as outlined in the menu.I am actually disappointed given the reviews of the place.l I had way higher expectations

Lovely staff and flavorsome food. We visited this place for some spicy food, it never disappointed. Serving size is generous. Tandoor platter is quite big for the price. Momos are a must try. Even the drinks menu is one of the least expensive we tried in Adelaide. Chicken biryani is ok with too much spice even for a medium level. Roti and lamb Rogan Josh are delicious. Worth a visit if you are after some Indian cuisine near Adelaide CBD.
