Dr. Ram is one of the most caring doctor I have the pleasure of having as my current GP. His staff is no different and will go outside their job description to make sure all is well. He has helped me so much with my many ongoing chronic, acute medical issues. He does not rush you in and out, so expect a wait because he takes time with his patients and actually listens & cares. Both Dr. Ram & Dr.Reddy have created a homely, friendly family clinic, which is so rare to come across these days.

Dr Sakkera is one of the best doctors! He is understanding, helpful and always caring for his patients.I honestly cannot believe how low people are rating this clinic.The only thing that could improve is the receptionist Ashlee, as she seems to be a bit moody at times, although she is still helpful.

Edit- the below reply makes it sound as I am being unreasonable. Context is important. I gave these bloods for test early December and never got the report. This is not the first time i have waited for long- mostly 30 mins plus and today was way more than 15 mins. You please don't give wrong information and dismiss what happened.If you want a clinic with some empathy, care and respect your time go elsewhere. I gave my bloods for thyroid testing 1st week of Dec and they went on a holiday for Christmas (3rd week of Dec) without giving the report. Kept calling, never got through and finally when I did, 2nd week of Jan, I was asked to come in because my regular doc was on leave and this other doc doesn't do telephone appointments. That is fine but when I go there with a 1 year old child, it was so delayed and I am literally waiting to get this blood report for about a month and the whole idea of waiting for the doc just to get my report is absurd. I don't mind if they are punctual- which they never are. Receptionists are terrible- they don't care. Now they say they don't call with blood reports if its not an emergency - but in my case it is because the blood tests I needed was to figure the right dose of thyroid medication. This was my regular clinic. But never going back. They lack basic human empathy. Oh doc Ram is good- but deserves better staff.

DR Ram Sakkera is my usual doctor. I have been coming to this clinic for about 5 years now. I have a chronic illness that is quite debilitating and causes alot of time off work and medication management. Most other doctors tried to down play my symptoms or would just admit that I was too hard to treat and manage my condition. Seeing Dr Ram was the first time I had ever felt seen and heard in the medical world, like he actually cares. I cant even imagine having to try finding another doctor because I doubt I will find one that cares and is willing to help in the same way he is.

Especially in times like these when covid is still around and other things that could prevent someone from coming into a clinic, you would think Telehealth appointments could be offered in certain circumstances.I made an appointment today because I am unwell and on top of that I have torn my ACL and am recovering from the surgery which prevents me from going into the clinic.I called into the clinic to request the doctor call me so I could have my appointment over the phone. The receptionist advised the Doctors do not do Telehealth appointments and said that I would get a call back at some point today to let me know whether the Doctor will call me or not.Absolutely ridiculous, this is not cateringfor patients needs in tough times.I’ll be cancelling my appointment now and I will happily find another clinic to fit me in for a Telehealth due to my incapacity to walk.

I recently went to see Dr Sohail Siddiqui, I usually get quite uncomfortable with Drs, but he was very friendly and approachable whilst still being professional and handled my issue immediately.With bulk billing clinics becoming less and less common, it's a relief to know this place exists.

Appalling service i had an appointment with what i thought was my local gp my local is dr ram, which it turned out not to be it was a gp i had a bad experience with previously who wont deal with my epilepsy properly. Upon explaining the situation to the nurse that they had made the appointment with the wrong doctor i was then berated by the nurse and made to feel less for not knowing my local gp's name right off the top of my head sorry for not remembering every long foreign name that i come across. However a receptionists job i feel isnt that hard and this mistake could have easily been avoided by just saying oh sorry about that and re scheduling my appointment with the correct gp rather than sitting debating with people how you are the receptionist and you arent wrong. As an avid sufferer of epilepsy my memory isnt always the best but no one should ever be berated by a nurse.

Bad customer service to be honest,They made us wait for more than half n hrs but they don’t consider us 5min late. Uhh… ur late, Dr left,,,,, thats a great service WOW

Great kind service, empathetic and not rushed. Happy to be coming here for a few years now.
