Recently visited Surf diven ski maribyrnong looking for some first time surfie clothes for my grandsonI Was attended to by a customer service officer named Julia and might i say what a pleasant experience it was, she was everything you could wish for and do not often receive. Julia was professional helpful and had very good product knowledge as well as being genuine. I realised she had retail experience by her demeanor and her knowledge I came not only with a big smile but also several items for my grandson thank you julia I shall return in the future such a positive experience .

I made an order with express shipping (1-2 days) to Melbourne metro and it took 8 full days to arrive. The order took 5 days to be processed and 3 days to ship. The website did not mention how long the processing time would be so the order took longer to arrive than I had expected. In comparison a package I bought at the same time from the UK with standard shipping only took 10 days to arrive.As for the products they were perfect!
