Love Clinicalase!! Have been going for at least 6 years (when they were at a different location). Such a wonderful and friendly team. Their treatments are the highest standard. Have always had great results using various treatments including skin pen (needling) and lasers. I go every 6 or so weeks and always look forward to it :)

I had the lovely Hayley for my pico rejuvenation treatment. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The layout of the clinic is open and feels relaxed and calming straight away when you walk through the front door. The treatment itself feels like you've truly been pampered and rested when you walk out of the room. Hayley is very friendly and knowledgeable and with her magic touch you're in great hands.

I have been seeing Crystal at Clinica Lase for around 5 years and she has completely transformed my skin! I used to get flare ups of perioral dermatitis and acne but now I barely get a pimple! Everyone who works in the clinic is delightful and always make me feel so welcome and comfortable.

My latest visit wasn't as good as in the past. I had laser treatment on my ears but the clinician didn't seem to get all the hair. Usually a small wad of wet paper is put in my ears to protect my hearing. This time the wad was huge and as a result the hair wasn't lasered. Wasted $32 for this visit.

I’ve been seeing Brie at the Carlton clinic for the past 6 months (after a fraxel worsened the melasma I didn’t know I had). The staff are kind, caring, and supportive, and Brie in particular has been approachable, patient, and very knowledgeable throughout the process of repairing my skin. I did a lot of research as I didn’t want to worsen my skin, and I’m extremely happy with my treatments and the clinic overall. Highly recommended.

After visiting other skin clinics I’ve finally found one that makes me feel cared for and Lux!! I was listened to when it came to my concerns and provided the right products, which sounds simple but from my past experiences at other clinics this hasn’t been the case! I am now getting compliments on my skin!My laser genesis was a delightful experience and I can’t wait to come back!
