Kerryn is super nice and friendly, always able to work with me to fit me in for a session. I have personally benefited from the oxygen therapy on multiple occasions with musculoskeletal injuries and would 100% recommend! Also the studio is very calming and relaxing, great place to go even for just a massage.

Kerryn from Pure Intentions who also runs Energy Bodies Yoga came to our preschool and ran yoga classes for the children during Term 3 & 4 this year. The children were very engaged and interacted well, remembering the songs and poses from week to week. In a year where everything was topsy turvy it was wonderful to offer them this program which focused on their health and wellbeing. Thank you Kerryn.
